The offer

What is included

  1. Essentials

Users and licenses, two-step login for everyone, email protection, and a check with a written report every month.

  2. Secure

Everything in Essentials, plus device management, endpoint protection on every PC, backup with a quarterly test restore, and an annual evidence packet for your insurance application.

  3. AI-ready

Everything in Secure, plus a permission cleanup before Copilot, Copilot setup, an AI use policy for your office, and the data controls to back it.

  4. Email security

Anti-phishing policies, plus SPF, DKIM and DMARC records set up so your mail lands and nobody can send as you.

  5. Backups you can prove

A test restore before sign-off and a logged one every quarter, so the backup is more than a line on a questionnaire.

  6. Google Workspace too

The same baseline, users and backups for offices that run on Google instead of Microsoft.

Start to finish

How it runs

  1. It starts with the free technology readiness review: your cyber-insurance application, two-step login, backups, Windows status, whether you have a written security plan, and Copilot fit.

  2. Onboarding is a fixed-price project: take ownership of the tenant, clean up licenses, set the security baseline, test the backup, hand you a one-page summary.

  3. Critical issues get a response within 1 hour during business hours. Everything else, next business day.

  4. You own your tenant and your data. If you leave, you get admin handover and the documentation.

Before you write

Is this for you?

A good fit

  • Offices of five to fifty people on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
  • Anyone with a cyber-insurance questionnaire on the desk.
  • Tax preparers and CPA firms who need a written security plan on file.
  • Offices curious about Copilot who want the permissions cleaned up first.

Not a fit

  • A marketing website. The boutiques in town do that well.
  • A procurement-driven RFP. I work directly with the owner or the operator.
  • Software carrying heavy healthcare or banking compliance. I am not taking that on yet.

Terms you can plan around

  1. You own your tenant, your licenses and your data.
  2. Admin handover and documentation delivered on exit.
  3. I promise the controls, not the verdict: insurers and auditors make their own call, and I give you the evidence to put in front of them.
